These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pulse Resonance Studio ("Studio", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the mobile application Pulse Resonance: Dot Cascade ("Application" or "Game").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Application and uninstall it from your device.
Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, Pulse Resonance Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and execute a single copy of the Game on an iOS-compatible device owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license does not convey any ownership interest in the Application or any underlying technology, source code, visual assets, or audio elements.
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Application—including without limitation all software source code, object code, algorithmic resonance logic, visual designs, user interfaces, animations, sound effects, musical compositions, artwork, trade names, and registered or unregistered trademarks—are the exclusive intellectual property of Pulse Resonance Studio and its licensors.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or distribute any part of the Game without express prior written consent from Pulse Resonance Studio.
The Application features in-game achievements, unlocked stages, cumulative point metrics, soundwave medals, and visual customizations ("Virtual Items").

No Monetary Value: Virtual Items represent localized gameplay milestones and carry no real-world monetary value, currency equivalence, or investment property.

Non-Transferable: Virtual Items are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, bartered, or traded outside of the game experience.

Local Persistence: Because the Game operates with local sandbox architecture, data loss resulting from device replacement, factory resets, or local cache clearing remains outside Studio liability.
When accessing or playing the Application, you agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:

Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code or cryptographic routines of the Game.

Employing cheat engines, automated bots, memory injection tools, or scripts that manipulate runtime variables, scores, or progression logic.

Exploiting technical flaws, audio buffer glitches, or system oversights to circumvent normal puzzle gameplay mechanisms.

Circumventing, disabling, or tampering with digital rights management or security-related features of the iOS platform.
Pulse Resonance: Dot Cascade utilizes high-contrast color shifts, rhythmic cascading ball animations, and tactile haptic vibration sequences.
A small percentage of individuals may experience dizziness or visual discomfort when exposed to flashing lights or repetitive geometric patterns. If you experience nausea, eye strain, or discomfort, immediately pause play and rest. You can customize visual contrast and disable haptics via the in-game Settings menu at any time.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, PULSE RESONANCE STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PULSE RESONANCE STUDIO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DOWNTIME, OR HARDWARE MALFUNCTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after the posting of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of such updates.
